Comprehensive Plan Adopted January 2024

 

The City of Sauk Rapids recently embarked on an update to their Comprehensive Plan (pdf). The Comprehensive Plan sets a path for achieving the City’s vision for the future. This document is used by City staff and leaders as they make future decisions regarding land use regulations and development, natural resources, parks and trails, and other community resources.
