Community Development

The Community Development Department works on a continuous basis with the general public, contractors, developers, other City Departments, and other external governmental bodies to carry out the City's Comprehensive Plan and development related policies, goals, and ordinances. The Comprehensive Plan is a document used by City staff and leaders as they make future decisions regarding land use regulations and development, natural resources, parks and trails, and other community resources.
