HISTORY: Part of the land was acquired in 1980 as parkland requirements for the Garding property and then was platted in 1991 as part of the Morning Hills Estates Plat. The other part of the land was acquired in 1980 as parkland requirements for the Scenic View Plats.
FACILITIES: Playground equipment, swings, ½ basketball court, softball field and backstop, picnic tables and observation benches.
