The Finance Director plans, directs and coordinates the fiscal management program for the City and the EDA. Responsibilities include overseeing all financial activities, including receivables, payables, investments, payroll, budgets, and utility billings. Also provides reports on City and EDA financial activities for review by the City Administrator, EDA Board and City Council.

The utility billing clerk is responsible for the preparation of water and sewer bills each month. The clerk monitors all payments and sends out late notices to delinquent customers and arranges for services to be disconnected as outlined by city code. Maintenance of an account for customer deposits is administered as prescribed by state statute and city code.
