Garage Sale Sign Regulations

In the City of Sauk Rapids, Garage Sale signs must:

• Have sale dates posted
• Not be placed in medians
• Be no taller than 30 inches
• Be no larger than 3.3 square feet

Property owners who have not granted permission to display signs in their right-of-way may remove signs

Signs not meeting the Ordinance requirements noted above will be removed by the City and costs will be assessed to the address on the sign.
